Pricing
Custom Arrangements:
The price of a standard, 4-part custom barbershop arrangement is approximately $360.00. This will include the copyright clearance needed to arrange the song, which usually costs $60.00 through the Barbershop Harmony Society. If the copyright clearance is more, the fee will increase. If you request a medley, assume that the price of the arrangement will be $300.00 plus $30.00 for each song in the medley (For example, if you have a medley with three songs in it, you can assume the price will be $300 + $30 (3) = $390.00). This is due to the copyright clearance fee for each song.
The turnover is flexible. The average turnover time for a custom arrangement is about two to four months. I prefer not to rush the process as to deliver the best arrangement I can, so your flexibility in this manner is appreciated! If you would like a "rush order" arrangement, there will be an additional fee depending on how quickly you would like it.
Exclusivity
I offer one year of exclusivity with an arrangement, which begins when you receive the music (not when you decide to learn it!). If you would like a longer period of exclusivity for your song, the cost is $100.00 for each additional year. Exclusivity periods begin as soon as I send the sheet music! This can only be done with new arrangements or arrangements I have not sold yet.
Arrangement Library:
The standard price of a song I've already arranged is $50.00. Please contact me if you have interest in an arrangement in the arrangement library. You can also search the Barbershop Harmony Society arrangement catalog for my arrangements, which can be foundhere.
Custom Learning Tracks by "Instant Classic":
The price of a standard 4-part custom song is $150.00. The standard song is considered under 100 measures and does not exceed 4 minutes in length.
Additional Fees:
The price of the song ultimately depends on the length and the difficulty. If there are additional pages or measures, the song will be priced accordingly after recieving the sheet music. I am willing to negotiate price if an ensemble or group is working with a limited budget.
Rush orders are taken, but additional fees will be charged.
PLEASE NOTE:
Mechanical Licensing Fees are the responsibilty of the purchaser, not of the producer. Make it legal, please.
Recording Library:
The standard price of a song we've already recorded is $75.00. Changes in interpretation will not be made after a song is recorded. If you wish for another arrangement of the same song to be done that I have not produced, it is considered a custom arrangement.
*You must have permission from the arranger of the song to obtain a TH-Trax.
I do not provide sheet music for any arrangements or any of my previously recorded tracks unless they are my arrangements.

Collegiate Quartets can purchase arrangements from my arrangement library for $25.00 if they are competing in the collegiate quartet contest hosted by the Barbershop Harmony Society. The college quartet MUST BE REGISTERED (and provide proof) as a college quartet with the society for this special to apply.
